Account Terms

• You must be 13 years or older to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through PayPal
• Service fees include a $1 base fee plus 10% of the transaction amount
• PayPal processing fees (0.30$ + 2.9%-5%) apply to all transactions
• All fees are deducted before withdrawal is available
• Gifts can be made anonymously or with user identification
• Anonymous Gifts cannot be reversed or refunded
• Users must provide valid PayPal email addresses for withdrawals

Gifts Terms

• All Gifts are final and non-refundable
• Users may choose to donate anonymously
• Anonymous Gifts status cannot be changed after submission
• Gifts may include optional public comments
• We reserve the right to reject or refund any Gift
• Recipients can withdraw available funds through PayPal
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply

Islamic Guidelines

• All interactions must adhere to Islamic principles
• Respectful behavior towards all users is mandatory
• Content must be appropriate and halal
• No music or inappropriate entertainment
• Maintain proper etiquette in conversations

Content Guidelines

• You retain ownership of content you create
• We may remove content that violates our terms
• You are responsible for the content you share
• Content must not infringe on others' rights
• Shared images are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• We do not guarantee the preservation of any shared content
• Image sharing is limited to 2MB per image
• Only image formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF) are supported

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or terminate the service for any reason
• Change features or functionality
• Update these terms with notice
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Modify fee structures with appropriate notice
• Change payment processors or methods

Limitations of Liability

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• We are not liable for any damages or losses
• We are not responsible for payment processing errors
• You use the service at your own risk
